(1) Select hat style, quantity and place order. (2) Submit Your Design Upon ordering, send an email to glorydays.customs@outlook.com with the subject "CUSTOM ORDER #(order number)". Attach artwork / logo (we accept high resolution PSD, AI, PDF and JPEG). (3) Digital Mock Up We'll take it from here, send you a digital mock up for approval and get things moving! (4) Embroidery Approval Now its time to source the fabrics and commence the embroidery set up. We will email you a sample embroidery panel for approval before commencing production. (5) Production Now the magic happens. Your custom hats will be made up and arrive at your doorstep in no time.

(1) What is your MOQ? Our MOQ is 20 units per hat style and artwork. For example, you cannot order 20 White Corduroy hats and request 10 each with two different designs embroidered. In another example, you cannot order 20 Corduroy hats and ask for 10 in White and 10 in Black. (2) Do the prices include embroidery? Yes, the prices do factor in the cost of embroidery. The prices listed on the website are the full cost excluding shipping. (3) How much does shipping cost? Shipping is automatically applied at checkout. The price of shipping varies depending on the weight of your order and country of destination.

Generally we estimate a turnaround time between 6 - 8 weeks (depending on production volume) from date of order placed to the delivery of your custom hats. We will be in frequent communication with you throughout the production process, keeping you informed of the status at all times. Once production is complete you will receive a confirmation email providing your tracking information.
